Kalpeshtraders.in products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery. DEFINITION
'Return' means an action of giving back the product ordered at kalpeshtraders.in portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:
Product(s) delivered do not match your order;
Product(s) delivered were damaged.
Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, then raise a return/refund request within 24 hours of delivery by visiting your kalpeshtraders Account.
Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.
In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we'd be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. kalpeshtraders reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to kalpeshtraders after 7 days of delivery. The Return request should be filed within 1 days of delivery. Please contact us with a replacement request or raise an issue in your kalpeshtraders account.
The returns are subject to the below conditions:-
Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Return;
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies;
If the product is damaged due to misuse;
Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the invoice;
Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer can cancel the order for the product till kalpeshtraders ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
kalpeshtraders also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by kalpeshtraders as per certain criteria.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.
How to Return?
You can raise a return request within the time frame mentioned above by following these simple steps on the Platform: Go to My Orders; Select the respective order and click on ‘RETURN’;
Select the item you wish to return with quantity and reason for return.
SHIPPING CHARGES
